Stags' rivals sack manager
Leyton Orient boss Andy Hessenthaler has become the season's first managerial casualty after the League Two club today sacked him after only five months in charge.
Former Dover and Gillingham manager Hessenthaler, 51, was shown the door after Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at 10-men Notts County.
Orient are 14th in the table after suffering back-to-back defeats, having won three of their nine League games, including a 2-1 home defeat by Mansfield Town last month.

Hide AdHessenthaler was previously assistant to Ian Hendon and then Kevin Nolan and was initially appointed on a caretaker basis in April.
He signed a one-year deal in the summer after taking charge for the final five games of last season as the O’s finished eighth, six points outside the play-off places.
Orient are now looking for their eighth manager since Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti took charge in the summer of 2014.
