Revived Rolls on a roll

THE REVIVAL at ROLLS-ROYCE LEISURE (SATURDAY) gathered more momentum last Saturday when they upset the Central Midlands League, Supreme Division formbook at Kimberley Town.

After seven straight defeats, Rolls made it seven points from their last nine with an eyecatching 3-0 win away from home.

One of their better players, Paddy McShane, netted two of Rolls's goals in a result that hijacked the decent start to the new season made by Kimberley, whose only previous hiccup had been a draw against bottom-of-the-table Pinxton.
