SWIMMING - CALLUM STORMS TO SUCCESS

MANSFIELD swimmer Callum Lawson shone in his first Great Britain International Competition in Kelscarona Sweden, at the Swedish Open Disability Championships.

The 15-year old Mansfield/Nova Swimmer stormed to an excellent 2nd place in the S9 Category 100m Breaststroke, and then went on to win the 200m S9 event in a new World and European Short Course Record.

He took nearly three seconds off the previous best time which he set at the recent Notts ASA County Championships.
