Nottingham date for rising star Tom A Smith

Hotly tipped as one to watch for 2026, Tom A. Smith has announced a brand-new run of UK headline shows that includes a date Nottingham’s Bodega on April 25.

At just 21, he already boasts a CV that includes Glastonbury, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, and support slots with everyone from Catfish and the Bottlemen to Sam Fender, Miles Kane, and Elton John – who hand-picked him for Hyde Park’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road show. Tom first picked up a guitar aged four and hasn’t stopped since.

A familiar face across grassroots venues across his native north east, Tom built his own home studio during lockdown and has supported his local community with headline fundraiser shows.

His UK tour follows the release of his acclaimed EP Say What You Want on Fiction Records. Fresh from a national support tour with The Lottery Winners, Tom has stepped into 2026 with fire in his belly, and this tour is set to be his most electrifying yet.
