I'm currently a vertical specialist writer for National World, covering today’s biggest technology stories across the company's portfolio.

I have been with the company since 2018, first joining as a digital reporter at Portsmouth News and later becoming Head of Digital in 2021. During my time on the south coast, I led digital coverage on major events including the 75th anniversary of D-Day.

After four fantastic years, I joined nationalworld.com as the Weekend Editor, bringing readers all the in-depth and expert coverage they expect from the award-winning national news website throughout the weekend. This was followed by spells as entertainment specialist, covering the latest on major tours including Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and as social media editor.

In an unexpected twist, I was born in Malaysia and took my first steps in Hawaii. So it is safe to say, I love travelling - a recent highlight was going to the arctic circle in Norway. Away from work, I love devouring a good book, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and wasting hours trying to decide which film to watch on Netflix.
