Fire safety firm gets new office

Mansfield Fire and Safety Management has moved into a unit at Mansfield Woodhouse Station Gateway.

The expanding business was previously based on Berry Hill Lane but needed larger premises with good transport links.

On moving to the office development, the company also took advantage of the council’s cash incentive scheme, which offers £1,000 cashback to businesses taking on new leases at any of the council’s vacant retail, office and industrial properties. Companies that move into business accommodation and then refer other firms will also receive a £250 handout.

Director Henry Brown said: “We were delighted with the cashback incentive as it went towards our moving costs and new equipment.”

The Mansfield Woodhouse Station Gateway offers six new high quality office spaces. Two units are currently available with rents of £6,000 per year exclusive, with flexible terms available.
