Two men charged with robbing Hucknall off-licence

Police have charged two men with robbery after an off-licence was targeted in Hucknall.

The incident happened on Saturday, January 7, just after 6pm, at a business on Watnall Road.

Shaun Staniland, 55, of no fixed address, and 30-year-old Liam Worton, of Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall, have both been charged with robbery and shop theft and remanded into custody.

Detective Sergeant Andrea Brown, said: “Robbery has a massive impact on victims.

"This was a real team effort across different teams to locate the suspects quickly.”
