Police warn Flying Scotsman spotters
Several trains had to run ‘on caution’ for a short time on Thursday morning as up to 60 trespassers were cleared from the line near St Neots in Cambridgeshire.

Hide AdThe world famous train will pass through Nottinghamshire today following a ten-year multi-million pound restoration.
A spokesman for British Transport Police (BTP) said: “We understand people are excited about the Flying Scotsman’s return, but the railway is a hazardous environment and trespassers endanger their safety and that of others.
“We will monitor the situation as the Flying Scotsman continues its journey, and would urge the public to stay clear of the line.”
