The team at Peppers Stores in Hucknall turned pink to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.

Thanks to the incredible efforts of the whole Peppers team on Watnall Road, Hucknall, the generosity of businesses and the support of customers, the week-long fundraiser raised just over £1,000.

More than 30 local businesses donated gifts and vouchers for daily raffles, helping to make the fundraising activity a success.

The Peppers kitchen team and other members of staff also rolled up their sleeves to bake delicious shortbread, muffins and pink cakes, which were sold throughout the week.

A representative from Peppers said: “Breast Cancer Now was a particularly meaningful cause to support, as so many people knew someone whose life had been affected by cancer.”
