Luxurious new suite makes headlines at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena

Anyone heading out to a sporting event, a concert or show knows full well that atmosphere – and the view – are king.

And at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena, those key elements have been supercharged with the launch of the venue’s new Headliner Lounge.

Be it watching Nottingham Panthers hit the ice, watching a top-class concert or treating the family to a fantastic show, the new offering takes up a prime position with lashings of luxury.

Taking premium live entertainment to new heights, the new hospitality space on Level 4 of the Bolero Square venue lets guests enjoy the show from a comfortable corner of their own.

Three of the venue’s existing hospitality suites have been combined to create a 43-seat capacity, the lounge brings together plush seating, a cosy booth area for up to 10 people, menu prepared by the arena’s executive chefs and waiting service throughout the experience.

It made its debut for booking with the appearance of Professor Brian Cox on October 29 and continues with Myles Smith on November 7.

But we were fortunate to get an advance preview and the project hits all the right notes for guests wanting to take their experience to the next level.

The decor is classy but not intrusive, glass screens don’t spoil the view, the chairs are beyond comfortable when wanting to relax and there is enough space to get up and dance or cheer on your sporting heroes.

The balance is just about perfect – and the added benefits of bar service from the terrific staff and fabulous food ramp up the offering event further.

Bookings are now open, with packages starting from £155 per person for events and from £50 per person for Nottingham Panthers ice hockey matches. Each package includes the event ticket, so guests don’t need to purchase one separately.

Phil Jones, Commercial Director at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, said: “We wanted to create something genuinely special with The Headliner Lounge – an experience that goes far beyond what people might traditionally expect from arena hospitality. We’re also seeing real demand from customers and clients for hospitality that goes beyond watching the show.

“Imagine enjoying your favourite artist or comedian from the comfort of premium seats, surrounded by your favourite people, with fantastic food, drinks and waiting service throughout the event. You're still immersed in the incredible atmosphere of a live show, but with an entirely different level of comfort and luxury.

“We believe The Headliner Lounge has the potential to be one of the most desirable live entertainment experiences in the region. It's a fantastic addition to our venue.”

From birthdays and anniversaries to special evenings with friends and corporate entertaining, The Headliner Lounge offers an exciting new way to experience some of the biggest names in music, comedy, sport and entertainment.
